Welcome to IndiaLoans (operated by Credilab Micro Finance Private Limited, CIN: U67120KA2015PTC082787). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website indialoans.net, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.
1. About IndiaLoans
IndiaLoans is a digital financial marketplace that connects individuals and businesses seeking loans with RBI-regulated banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. We are a marketplace — we do not directly lend money. Loan decisions, interest rates, and terms are determined solely by our lending partners.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible to use IndiaLoans only if:
- You are at least 21 years of age
- You are an Indian citizen or resident with a valid PAN card
- You have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Indian law
- You are not prohibited by any court order or regulation from availing financial services
By using our Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria.
3. Account Registration
Certain features require you to create an account using your mobile number. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are found to contain false information.
4. Services Offered
IndiaLoans provides the following services:
- Loan Marketplace: We display personalised loan offers from our lending partners based on your profile. We do not guarantee approval from any specific lender.
- Credit Score Check: We enable you to check your CIBIL score for free with your consent. This is a soft inquiry and does not affect your credit score.
- EMI Calculator: A tool to help you estimate monthly instalments. Results are indicative only and not a guarantee of loan terms.
- Financial Information: Educational content, blogs, and guides on personal finance topics.
5. User Responsibilities
When using our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide truthful and accurate information in all applications and forms
- Not misrepresent your financial situation, employment, or any other material fact
- Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purpose
- Not attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the Platform or its infrastructure
- Not scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform using automated tools
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Providing false information to obtain a loan is a criminal offence under Indian law. IndiaLoans reserves the right to report such cases to relevant authorities.
6. Lending Partner Terms
When you apply for a loan through IndiaLoans:
- Your application data is shared with our lending partners (with your consent)
- Each lender has their own terms, conditions, and policies that will govern your loan agreement
- IndiaLoans is not a party to the loan agreement between you and the lender
- Any disputes regarding loan approval, disbursement, or repayment must be resolved directly with the lender
- IndiaLoans does not guarantee loan approval from any lender
7. Fees
IndiaLoans does not charge you any fees for using our marketplace service. We earn referral commissions from our lending partners when a loan is disbursed. All fees charged by lenders (processing fees, prepayment charges etc.) are disclosed upfront before you accept any offer.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the IndiaLoans Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of Credilab Micro Finance Private Limited or our content providers and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Any specific loan offer will be available or approved
- Information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up-to-date
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IndiaLoans and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Your use of or inability to use the Platform
- Loan rejection by any lending partner
- Actions or inactions of our lending partners
- Unauthorised access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is nil for most users).

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or prominent notice on the website.
